I’m going down to do a show at Next Door tonight. I like that room. It’s small but the crowd are generally enthusiastic and there a good bunch of comics to hang with.

I really need to get into more of a writing pattern with both my comedy and this blog thing. I’m more obsessed with getting this thing looking more original but I keep remembering that it will really only be as original as the content that I write. So, I think I need to add a bit of a regular schedule.

Therefore, I promise this:

1. I will update this blog on Monday and Friday always.
2. I will add any shows that I will be doing to the event calendar.
3. I will add photos to this site once a month at bare minimum
4. I will do a video update every week on Wednesday.
5. I will add something to the Comedy section every week on Wednesday.
6. I will add a cool links section and add to that on Tuesday. Hopefully to turn into the “Site of the Day”, but “Site of the Week” is cool too.

That should be enough to get me started but I think it’s fairly reasonable. Once I have 2 weeks worth of content I will make known to the general public that this is alive. That should make me accountable.

I will work on the new look for the site and have that live by March 31 at the latest.

So, at least that is something.

Blue Monday is back again. That’s right sickos, Montreal’s filthiest show is back and you can’t make us use a spell checker. This month’s extravaganza is going to be a show like no other as the the gorgeous and fabulous MARQUISE headlines what should prove to be a night of wonder and uncomfortableness. So I was walking down St-Laurent and I thought to myself “Hey Devil Dan! Do you know what people really like?” “What?!” I answered. “High Fives! How can anyone have a problem with high fives? They are totally boss! We should high five as many people as we can.” And so began the evening that ended in the emergency ward. Some people DON’T like high fives.

Oh yeah, and there’s another Holy Crap! coming too. That’s right, Montreal’s rowdiest comedy show is back and is fully armed!

Interactive Evil productions’ monthly comedy show includes the best in Montreal comedy and the best in Montreal’s rowdy, drunken bar patrons and puts them together for single night of no holds barred amusement.

This show is fast becoming THE show to see and we fucking dare you to come out and join in the fun. This is the only show that wants you to heckle and say something. Hell… it double-dog dares you.

Performing this month: Mike Meo, Joel West, Trevor Forestell, David Heti, Eman and featuring Dan Bingham. As always, it is hosted by the only man to banned from a comedy club for religious reasons and the man who high five’s with his face, Devil Dan Derkson.
